Bar
Service:
We
will provide a bartender if bar service is required. If a
second bartender is required, the hourly bartender fee will
apply at $12.00 per hour. If the bar is a host bar there will
be automatic 15% gratuity added to the final bill based on
the total before taxes.

Decorations:
Bud
vases included in the hall rental price. To maintain the appearance of our building, decorations
will be allowed with certain restrictions. Decorations
may be fastened with masking tape only to wood trim. Use of
nails, tacks and glue or any other type of adhesive is prohibited.
No confetti is allowed in the halls. Please talk to the manager
regarding decorations before your function. Damage to furniture, furnishings, or
the premises resulting from this function will be charged
to the person renting the facilities.
We would be happy to decorate your functions at no charge
with the party supplying the decorations.

Equipment:
We offer FREE wireless internet throughout our facility. Upon availability we have the
following: Overhead Projector, Projector Screen, TV, VCR, digital projector,
Electronic whiteboard, Flipcharts, Easels and Microphones.
(Additional charges apply for equipment rentals). We offer FREE wireless internet throughout our facility.

Linen:
We can provide linens ranging from
$6.50 per table up to $15.00, depending on requests, and colour
choices for knapkins and overlays.

Nylon Workers Members:
As a union member who pays dues, you are
waived the hall charge of one hall if the function being held is for
immediate family (max 1 per calendar year). If you need to rent both halls you will be charged
for the use of the second hall at regular hall price.
Charities:
Please contact us regarding charitable functions
Gratuity
and taxes
There will be a 15% gratuity added
to all functions as well as all applicable taxes.
Deposits
$200.00 deposit is required
for one hall rental or $500.00 deposit is required for both halls
within 30 days after tentative booking to guarantee function space.
75% payment is required when menu is selected. The balance is due on the day of the function. Deposit is forfeited if function is canceled less than
90 days before function date. Please be advised that there is a
$50.00 service charge for any NSF cheques.
A guaranteed number of guests
attending must be received at least one week prior to the function.
The number of guaranteed will be the number billed for, unless there
are more people in attendance and the actual number will be used.
All buffet meals must have a guarantee of 50 or more persons.
